Welcome to Antiques @ Wow! We want your experience with us—whether you’re browsing, buying, selling, or sipping coffee—to be enjoyable and transparent. By engaging with our shop, café, or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Condition & Sales

● All items are sold as-is, as most are vintage or antique. We do our best to describe the condition accurately, but signs of age or wear are to be expected.

● Sales are final, unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented.

● Customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing.

2. Selling to Us

● Items brought in for evaluation must be owned by you or you must have permission to sell them.

● We reserve the right to decline purchases based on condition, style, or inventory needs.

● Agreed-upon purchase prices are final, and payment will be made by our standard method (cash, bank transfer, etc.).

3. Venue Hire

● Bookings require a deposit to confirm your date.

● Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in a partial or full loss of deposit.

● Rented spaces must be returned in the condition they were found.

● Any damages caused during an event will be the responsibility of the renter.

4. Pet Policy

● We’re pet-friendly, but pets must be leashed and well-behaved.

● Owners are responsible for any damage or mess caused by their pets.

5. Use of Space & Furniture

Customers are welcome to sit on display furniture, but please do so with care.

Children must be supervised at all times in the shop for their safety and the safety of our items.

6. Returns & Exchanges

● Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless previously agreed in writing.

7. Privacy

● Any personal information shared with us (e.g. for bookings, mailing lists, or purchases) will be handled with care and never sold or shared without your permission.

8. Coffee Shop Service

● The café operates alongside the shop. All food and drinks are prepared in compliance with local health regulations.
